Ops Boss Coaching™ is proud to announce that our CEO, Christy Belt Grossman, has been elected to serve a one-year term as a Director on the Board of The National Association of Real Estate Support Professionals (NARESP).
Christy is known for working tirelessly over many years to raise the bar on the operations side of real estate, to help Ops Bosses™ create new possibles for themselves and their agents, and to command respect for a role that is often underestimated in the success of Realtors®. Her role in real estate support includes 23 years past experience as COO of one of the first real estate teams to sell over $1 Billion; and extends prior to that in the mortgage industry, where she was Regional Ops Manager in 3 states for a national mortgage company.
Christy founded Ops Boss Coaching™ in 2015. She and her team teach & coach around North America and have trained more than 2,400 Ops Bosses™. She also keeps an elite roster of personal coaching clients including DOOs, COOs, CEOs & TC Company Owners.
